Agreement Requirement: All projects are initiated and executed by zemaraim only after the official service agreement has been fully signed by both parties.
Project Requirements: The Client is responsible for providing all necessary project requirements, including images, videos, audio files, web content, and documents, to Zemaraim before the commencement of work.
Project Reviews: Project review sessions will be scheduled weekly through an online meeting. The Client is required to attend these review calls mandatory to ensure project alignment and timely feedback.
2. Payment and Invoicing
Upfront Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total agreed-upon amount is required upfront before any work can commence.
Payment Stages: Payment will be structured into three partial stages: Initial Stage, Mid Stage, and Final Stage, based on the duration and milestones of the project.
Fixed Cost Guarantee: zemaraim guarantees that we will never charge an extra amount from the Client beyond the total cost outlined in the signed service agreement, provided the scope remains unchanged.
3. Delays and Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: Should the Client wish to cancel the project after the agreement is signed, cancellation is acceptable.
Cancellation Charge: The minimum cancellation charge fee will be 30% of the total signed agreement value.
Client Delays: Once the Initial Payment is made, the project timeline begins. Any delay caused by a lack of content, delayed feedback, or other factors on the Client's end will consequently delay the project; this is not considered acceptable or recoverable on zemaraim's side.
4. Software Quality and Liability
Error Recovery: Any programming errors or technical defects identified in the delivered application are recoverable at free of cost by Seraphim.
Browser Compatibility: Our applications are rigorously tested with the browsers mentioned in the technical document. Zemaraim will not be responsible for defects or issues caused by the Client using or installing any other browser apart from those specified.
Software Alterations: We will not be responsible for any third-party persons altering the software content. Any necessary changes to the software must be done only by Zemaraim and will be charged based on the scope of work.
