The following terms govern the delivery of project materials, hosting responsibilities, and post-completion support services:
1. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
- Source Code Policy: Zemaraim never shares the uncompiled or raw source code** during the project development phase.
- Final Deliverables: Upon receipt of the final payment, the Customer will be provided with the **Template Invoice copy** and **Hosting Credentials**.
2. Hosting and Service Fees
- Hosting Arrangement: Hosting services will be provided exclusively through third-party hosting providers.
- Financial Responsibility: All hosting charges, renewal fees, and associated service fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are payable directly to the hosting provider. Zemaraim is not responsible for any hosting costs.
3. Post-Completion Technical Support
- Support Duration: After the project is officially marked as completed, the Zemaraim team will provide technical support related to the functionality of the delivered project for a period of three (3) months.
- Scope of Support: This support covers fixing technical bugs or issues directly attributable to the original delivered code. It does not include new feature development, content updates, or issues arising from third-party services (e.g., hosting, external APIs).
